Gruyère cheese cover shot

We are lucky enough to shoot a lot of cheese here at CliQQ, but nothing quite prepared us for the enormous wheel of Gruyère that turned up for this shoot. It was so big it had to be delivered on a pallet.
The shots were for the cover of Cheese Buyer magazine so they had to look perfect as these people really know their stuff.
I would like to say a big thank you for the photography for Gruyère. I am delighted and feel that you have captured the artisan quality of Le Gruyère AOP. I hope we can work together again.
