Little Greene ‘Moments of Colour’ campaign
AW 2014 advertising photography
The combination of high fashion and colourful interiors led to one of our most eye-catching campaigns yet. The series features bold colours from Little Greene, a high quality paint and wallpaper producer, and striking fashion from Edeline Lee, a rising star in London’s fashion scene.
This was a large scale project requiring a crew of over 40 people, months of preparation and two days of intense photography. The resulting images are to be used in advertising across Europe, appearing in publications such as: Elle Decoration, Ideal Home, House Beautiful and Living Etc.
We initially approached Little Greene early in 2014 and pitched an idea of a dolls house where each room was entirely painted in one colour. We suggested using models in the rooms to bring them to life and help convey the personality of each paint, a new direction for Little Greene. They were excited about the concept and we developed it with stylist Sally Denning and the team at Little Greene into what you see here. What we didn’t have was anyone to design the clothes, and once Edeline Lee came on board we had the perfect team to make it happen.
The campaign has helped Little Greene pick up coverage in a areas like the fashion press, where they wouldn’t have been noticed before, and exposed their paints to whole new audience. We were thrilled to help push them into doing new and different in the traditionally safe world of interiors.
Behind the scenes
Having conjured up a challenging brief for our first project with Cliqq, they delivered on every level.
Technically excellent, creatively ambitious and completely down to earth, Ant & Olly had an instant grasp of what we wanted to achieve and ran with it (without leaving us too far behind…). A pleasure to work with.
