Advertising campaign
If there was one game that everyone was talking about in my childhood it was Football Manager (known then as Championship Manager). So when we heard we had the job to photograph the billboard advertising campaign we couldn’t have been more excited.
Whether it’s the elation of seeing your team win, or the crushing heartache of a defeat this game is all about emotion. Our job was to capture this with two images showing the agony and the ecstasy felt by the players. Actor Warren Adam flew in from Germany for the day for the shoot at Waterloo Studios.
The final images went up on billboards around London to help promote the launch of the game.
We were extremely impressed with Ant Jones and his assistants on the shoot. They delivered a great service and went above and beyond on the shoot. The outcome was a fantastic set of portrait shots for the Football Manager 2014 Outdoor campaign. We would definitely commission them again.
