Great British Food April 2016 cover
This vibrant dish of pistachio encrusted spring lamb was a joy to photograph. Out of all the covers we have photographed for Great British Food this is probably my favourite.
The shot features wonderful food and prop styling by The Meringue Girls, and yes it tasted amazing.
